Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. For stays of up to 13 nights,
the following cancellation policy applies:

Any costs associated with transferring the cancellation fee, including in the case of an international bank transfer, shall be borne by the customer.
For stays of 14 nights or longer, different cancellation conditions apply.
These conditions will be explained to the guest before the reservation is confirmed.
About Infants and Toddlers Aged 2 or Under
Infants and toddlers aged 2 or under stay free of charge, so please do not include them in the number of guests when booking. Please enter their number and age in the remarks field on the reservation form.
Example: 2 adults + 1 infant
→ Please enter “2 guests” as the number of guests
→ Please write “1 infant, age 1” in the remarks field
※Children aged 3 and over are charged the regular rate.
