If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n<p class=\"policy-introduction\">We understand that travel plans can change. For stays of up to 13 nights,<br \/>\nthe following cancellation policy applies:<\/p>\n<table class=\"cancellation-fees\">\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>15 days or more before arrival<\/th>\n<th>8\u201314 days before arrival<\/th>\n<th>3\u20137 days before arrival<\/th>\n<th>2 days or less before arrival, or no-show<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Free cancellation<\/td>\n<td>50% of the accommodation fee<\/td>\n<td>75% of the accommodation fee<\/td>\n<td>100% of the accommodation fee<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Any costs associated with transferring the cancellation fee, including in the case of an international bank transfer, shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"reservation-notice\">For stays of 14 nights or longer, different cancellation conditions apply.<br \/>\nThese conditions will be explained to the guest before the reservation is confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"reservation-note\">\n<h3>About Infants and Toddlers Aged 2 or Under<\/h3>\n<p>Infants and toddlers aged <strong>2 or under stay free of charge<\/strong>, so please do not include them in the number of guests when booking.
